Do's and Don'ts

  1. Severe dust in the area may cause damage to your printer and CIS, however, if you are in the dusty area, always put cover to your CIS and printer after use.
  2. Don't let your CIS completely run out of ink. Refill the low level ink tank reservoir with Univink Universal Dye Ink before it reaches 1/4 of the container.
  3. Don't put your CIS and Printer in direct sunlight.
  4. Don't touch the printer chips with your finger, static electricity may cuase damage to your CIS.
  5. It is recommended that you use your CIS at least once a week to avoid drying of ink usually in the nozzle part of the printer.
  6. Always place your CIS ink tank reservoir and Printer in the SAME LEVEL, placing your CIS ink tank higher than printer will cause too much pressure in the flow of ink and placing it lower than the printer will cause the CIS insufficient pressure that may cause undesired print result.
